TeeCal support is included with all active monthly subscriptions.
Support is available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
To request support you will first need to submit a help ticket.
After hours and emergency phone support are all billed at the hourly rate of $50.00.

TeeCal Documentation This link will bring you to our documentation page where we have posted several installation, configuration, and QuickBooks Plug-in related instructions.
Support KnowledgeBase This link will bring you to our support knowledgebase where we have lots of helpful information.  This is where we will continue to post instructions and information regarding some of the most reoccuring questions and issues.
How-To Videos This link will bring you to our training videos where we tried to cover everything from A to Z regarding TeeCal.  A few of the topics covered in these TeeCal training videos are setting up your company information, default settings, pricing grids, markup grids, charges, ink details, thread details, production settings and TeeCal security.  These videos have been provided to you for training and support purposes.  Most of your TeeCal related questions could be answered by watching these videos.
Submit a Help Ticket This link will allow you to request a help ticket in which one of our support technicians will contact you and help to resolve.  Help tickets are used to request help with training, installation, server/client setup, printing issues, software errors, etc...
Request a New Feature Are you currently using TeeCal and don't see a feature you would like to have?  This link will allow you to request a new feature in which our developers will review and process according to industry standards.
Report a Software Error This link will allow you to report TeeCal software errors you may have received while running TeeCal.  Submitting a software error report may help us find and repair any errors you are receiving while running TeeCal.  These error reports are delivered to our developers and support technicians for review.  Once the error report is reviewed one of our support technicians will contact you.
Submit a Suggestion TeeCal's support and development groups are always open to suggestions.  Submit any suggestion you may have regarding TeeCal and we will review it and act accordingly.
